New Card Samples

I've been trying to get my creative juices flowing for my next workshop. Here are a couple of cards I made this week.

I'll be posting a few more over the next couple of days so keep checking back if you want to get an idea of what we'll be making at my next workshop.

I love my Cuttlebug!

I made a couple of cards today using my Cuttlebug embossing folders and the stamps from Stampin' Up's Riveting stamp set.

I actually cased the idea for these cards from Denise at http://sentimentsbydenise.typepad.com/sentiments_by_denise/.

She has some great cards displayed on her blog that are definitely worth checking out.

Delight in Life

Just finished this card using the Delight in Life and the Happy Harmony Stamp Sets from the Stampin' Up Sellabration catalog. I fell in love with the patterned paper when I saw it at Hobby Lobby several months ago so I just had to buy it. I thought it seemed to go well with Stampin' Up's Bordering Blue cardstock and French Blue grosgrain ribbon. I also used Really Rust cardstock but it doesn't match as close as I would like it to but it will do. I believe the patterned paper is from the Wild Asparagus line of papers.

My Next Workshop

I've been working on cards for my next workshop. For once I'm a little ahead of the game as I'm usually making cards the night before a workshop. Since it's Sell-a-bration time I've made all of my cards using Sell-a-bration sets. The Very Punny set is one of my favorites as you can see. I love those Marvy scalloped punches. They are just too cool. Hope you enjoy the samples as much as I enjoyed making them.
